Terms of training and preparation

Every employee must perform regular preventive fire inspections (through a person with professional qualification) and ensure regular training of employees, managers, and professional preparation of fire patrol members.

Terms depend on the fire hazard category.

Activities without increased fire hazard

The preventive fire inspections take place every 12 months.

Each employee must pass training in the field of fire protection when they join the company and upon every change of their job description (provided that these also change the facts about which the employee should be informed during the training).

Terms of trainings

• employees: at least once in 2 years
• managers: at least once in 3 years
• employees ensuring fire protection outside working hours: annually

Activities with increased or high fire hazard

Preventive fire inspections take place every 6 months (increased fire hazard) or 3 months (high fire hazard).

Each employee must pass training in the field of fire protection when they join the company and upon every change of their job description (provided that these also change the facts about which the employee should be informed during the training).

Professional preparation of preventive fire patrols takes place every time an employee becomes the member of the preventive fire patrol and then at least in annual intervals.

Professional preparation of persons responsible for prevention in the field of fire protection takes place every time the particular employee assumes this responsibility and then at least in annual intervals.
